Beginning a fast anytime may be all right in certain cases which are not affected by serious chronic diseases. But in a diseased condition, it is much safer to prepare the system for the fast through a low protein diet rich in positive mineral elements, or better still through a raw food diet and through systematic natural treatment. Large amounts of negative pathogenic materials eliminated from the tissues and thrown into circulation must be neutralized by the positive alkaline mineral elements and eliminated from the system. These neutralizing and purifying elements can be introduced into the system only through a fruit and vegetable diet, low in starch and protein matter and rich in the positive alkaline mineral elements. When the natural diet and treatment have purified the system sufficiently then the physiological and psychological moment for fasting has arrived. The system is not in condition for the digestion and assimilation of food. Therefore fasting becomes imperative.

The Regular Fast : No food, but sufficient water to quench the thirst to dilute the pathogenic materials and thereby facilitate elimination through the skin and kidneys.

The Dry Fast : This means total abstinence from food and drink. It is a powerful method for promoting elimination of morbid matter and disease taints.

The Seven Day Fast : Cannot produce any harmful or weakening results.

The Long Fast : Extends from one to seven or more weeks, according to individual indications and the vitality of the patient.

Fruit Juices in Fasting
Fruit juices are rich in mineral salts which are necessary to neutralize the negative pathogenic substances with which the circulation is flooded during the fast. Besides having a neutralizing and eliminating effect, they are splendid tonics and antiseptics and are rich in vitamins which sustain and stimulate the vital activities. Fasting, therefore, is much easier to endure and more pleasant when the diluted fruit juices are taken. Juices like noni juice are great for this.

Fruit juices should not be taken pure or in large quantities because in this form they may excite the digestive process. There is no danger of this, however, when they are taken in dilute form; for instance, add the juice of half an orange or half a lemon to a tumbler full of cold water. The water should be of natural or room temperature. Ice Water should not be used under any circumstances.

Ok, here is my decree: You must compare all your options before you finally make a choice. If you want to marry someone, check out everyone that you could marry and find the best one. Bass fishing is something more than what one would have seen or heard. But there can be few errors in your technique, which needs to be avoided, and few secrets to follow for successful bass fishing.

You may be thorough with the steps that need to be followed in preparing, and presenting the lures and baits. You might be an expert in casting, knots, hooks, weight and nuances of landing and retrieval of the equipment by experience or practice.

As bass fishing is a science, more than a passion there is always room to explore at any point of time however experienced you are. Many will tend to over shoot the lure with more power than required by mistake. This happens to beginners while casting. This results in faster release of line.

At times the lure may fall short of our target [bass fish]. There are various reasons for this. The weight of the lure may be light. Releasing the line bit too early can also lead to this. If you hold the rod very high than required after releasing the line, this mistake does happen.

In some cases the lure can land very hard. Incorrect arching in the air and insufficient angle at the time releasing the lure causes it to land too hard.

At times missing the target due to inaccurate casting can also happen. The lure goes away from the target. This happens because of rod’s lateral movement while casting.

There are few guidelines for perfect casting. You must read and practice it. If you could do so the errors can be avoided in total. The hand position must be at 2 o’clock and 12 o’ clock for perfect casting. The same suggestion is mentioned in many books including Dorling encyclopedia.

The casting movement has to be matched with the clock positioned mentioned. The hand should move from two o’clock position to twelve o’clock position and back while casting. The rod can be slightly lowered in order to drop the lure lower and near the target [bass fish]

There are few techniques that need to be followed in bass fishing. They are discussed below.

Playing and landing the fish

For successful bass fishing the knowledge about the fish that is caught in the hook, knowledge about the rod and line are all-important. Bass fishing is not just getting the hooked fish in the waiting hand, net or boat. Bash fishing is more than just following the steps suggested by the books and experienced anglers.

Your maneuvering ability, responsiveness, control of the rod, and experience in bass fishing, all matters. Your knowledge about the reel clutching, and ability to manage the curving, arching and bending of the rod are important for successful bass fishing.

You need to have complete knowledge about various settings, controls, preparation of the equipments and its accessories. You should be thorough with hooking, casting, playing, reeling, landing and retrieving.

Luring technique

For successful bass fishing using artificial lures, its color and spinning tackles are essential. The lure should be of bright color as bright colors attract the bass fish. The lure should resemble the natural fish as much as possible.

The bait should not stay at one place and should keep moving from one place to the other. The bait or lure must resemble the natural pray or diet of the bass fish. Selecting a lure that is easily available and cheap will not serve any purpose

Worms loading

There are many worms available in the market that can be used for bass fishing. Both natural and artificial worms can be used. You need to properly place the bait or worm in the hook for successful and enjoyable bass fishing.

The worm needs to be hooked firmly it to the bait. It is better to see that most part of the worm is hooked in the bait. If it is so the chance for the worm to leave the hook while landing the bait is less. Both end of the worm needs to be hooked. This way the worm cannot go off the hook that easily.

Whilst browsing the web looking for something to spend my earned money on I came across the site coolest-gadgets.com. It's a cool site and if I spend too much time there I could spend a fortune in both terms of time and money. I especially liked the spy gadgets section and having an 8 TFT display would be exceedingly useful and ridiculously expensive.
